Our frames and lenses carry a one-year guarantee against any factory defects.  Please contact support@eyecafe.co.za to arrange a replacement set.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your pair of glasses, you can contact us within 30 days and we will gladly arrange for a collection and a full refund.  Contact support@eyecafe.co.za for assistance.

Refund and Collection Process

The spectacles will be collected from the address, specified by the customer, free of charge in the case where the customer is not 100% satisfied.  The glasses will be inspected upon return to ensure that it is still in its original condition, to qualify for a full refund.  The client would not be liable for any damages caused by the courier company.   The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt at the Eye Café offices, but may only reflect a few business days later in customer’s account.


The method of interacting with clients may chance, but trust will always remain a critical requirement for business to have the right to do business.  Our online payment methods ensure the highest level of security in the industry to create a safe shopping experience.


We deliver spectacles free of charge to any location within South Africa.  The package will be shipped once the lenses have been fitted by the lab and final inspection has been passed at Eye Cafe.  The estimated shipping time is 2 days for major city centres and 3-4 days for more remote areas.  EyeCafe will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel online for your convenience.
